Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@7aal.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
